Career Tip of the Day

When we’re sick most of us have no problem taking a prescription medication that promises to help us recover. We’ll take the medication three times a day for months if that’s what the doctor tells us to do. We don’t stop taking it if the symptoms persist after a dose or two. We just follow the directions on the bottle, believing relief will come. Why do we have such trouble doing the same thing with the promises we receive fromGod? Joseph, Moses, Abraham and countless others had to wait for the fulfillment of their dreams and promises. The Word is clear — if we keep on, we will receive. We’ll find what we seek and end up right where we need to be. So keep on..
WORDS OF LIFE:
- I know God’s word is true and His promises are real.
- I am single-minded in my determination to receive the promises of God by faith.
- My eyes are ever open and I expect to see God’s response to every prayer that lines up with His will.
