Your next job will no doubt come with a job description. God’s assignments come with a job description too. Jesus told us that our job is to love as He loved no matter what work we go into. A little-known truth about God’s assignment is that we are the most blessed ones when we do it well. As we commit ourselves to love, and to become like Christ, we find that we cannot outgive God. We increase in the power and authority of the indwelling Holy Spirit and we live in peace and joy. Accept the assignment to love, and then experience the overwhelming abundant life that flows out of God’s love for us. Feel free to ask your trainer, the Holy Spirit, if you need any help.
