This is a perfect “job search scripture”! It’s a guarantee that we will reap a harvest of blessing right when we need it. That’s exactly what we’ve been praying for. The deciding factor is “if we don’t give up.” It’s so easy to run out of ideas and contacts and energy. Then what? Find a way to “seed” your talents somewhere. Where can you volunteer your time and gifts? Where can you use your skills and talents to make a difference for the kingdom? Don’t say you don’t have time. You can’t afford not to give of yourself because there can be no harvest where there has been no planting. Ask God where you can make a kingdom difference. Then watch for God to open up new opportunities for you and help you to harvest the assignment he has in mind for you.
WORDS OF LIFE:
- I will never quit. By faith I claim a harvest from the seeds I sow in faith.
- I trust in God’s word about seed time and harvest. I give of myself liberally and I reap bountifully the gifts God has for me.
- I have good seed in the ground and I plant continuously.
